Infusionsoft™ Products Cleanup

Today we are going to go over reports that can show which products are being sold and how to see the revenue they are bringing in compared to other products.

If you go to Ecommerce < Reports < All Sales (Itemized) Report

Here we can set some criteria to search for specific products and see how many of that product that have sold.

After you set the date criteria click on Edit Criteria Columns and than select the product you want to see. (You can select multiple products if you want)

Click search once the criteria is set and you will get a list of contacts who have purchased that product. Once the list is up you can see the number up contacts who have purchase that specific product.

Now you can save that search by clicking Save, give the saved search a name and click save again.

Now you can create another search the exact same way for a different product and compare them to see which products are actually selling more so that you can decide if you need to market the other product more or maybe its just not doing well and you can scrap that specific product and move on to a different one to focus on.

Another good report we can use is the Net Income by Product Report. With this report we can see the total amount of money that product has made.

This report is pretty simple just set the date range and type in the product name and you will get the product and the total amount it has brought in under (Total amt)
